With our templates, you can get a customized version ready for review within hours.

2.How do I receive my templates?

After purchase you'll receive a confirmation email with links to .zip downloads. The .zip files contain PSD files, HTML, Flash source as well as the included graphics, fonts and clip art library.

3. In what formats are templates available?

Two Clicks templates are available in Photoshop and HTML formats. Fonts are included with all Photoshop files. Templates may be edited with Adobe Go Live, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage and most WYSIWYG editors as well as any text editor such as Notepad, etc. Photoshop graphics may be edited with Fireworks, Photoshop, Paint Shop pro and many professional-grade graphics editing packages.

Flash templates require Macromedia Flash. We also offer some specific templates designed for certain technologies and merchant/content systems.

4. What are the restrictions on template use?

You may:

• Build a web site using the template in any way you like.
• You may not:
• Resell or redistribute templates.
• Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
• Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design)

5. What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?

NON-UNIQUE PURCHASE:

Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later.

UNIQUE PURCHASE:

Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.

6. If I do not purchase the unique template, will I ever see that exact web site?

Not likely .There is minimal chance that you will find your purchased design elsewhere on the net. There are now billions of web pages online. Needle in a haystack.

7. Is the license a one-time fee payment?

Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template and modify in any way for one web site.

8.Do you take checks?

9. What is your return policy?

Since Two Clicks offers electronic products, refunds are not issued after the product is delivered. Exceptions are rare and on a case by case basis. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

14. Are your templates Microsoft Frontpage compatible?

Most templates include HTML files compatible with Adobe Go Live, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage.

15. What is Adobe Photoshop?

Adobe Photoshop is a popular graphics editing package used by pros worldwide. You can find more info about Photoshop and a free trial download at the Adobe web site.

16. What software do you recommend for editing HTML?

Many of our designers prefer Macromedia Dreamweaver. However, any content editing program or online editing system compatible with HTML can edit the included HTML files.

17. How can I modify flash portion of the template?

You need to use Macromedia Flash to edit animated flash elements of these templates. If you are not able to edit Flash, use one of our non-flash template or contact us for a custom quote.

18. Can I change the pictures on the flash animated web site and put my own pictures instead?

Yes, you can with an appropriate flash source editor.

19. Is it possible to use these templates to develop web sites for my own customers?

Yes. But only if you want to offer your customers a high-quality design and also save time and money. You are entitled to create one project/site per template purchase.

20. Can I put low resolution thumbnails of templates on my web site for my clients to choose designs?

Sure.
